This website is operated by Medi Sleep Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products

We supply:

  • CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) devices
  • APAP (Automatic Positive Airway Pressure) devices
  • BiLevel (BiPAP) devices
  • CPAP masks, mask parts, and accessories (cushions, headgear, tubing, filters, humidifiers)

All products are intended for personal medical use under a qualified healthcare professional. Product descriptions and pricing may change without prior notice.

Medical Disclaimer

  • Products are medical devices for sleep therapy.
  • Customers must use equipment as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
  • Use without medical supervision is at the user’s own risk.
  • Sleep Study Test results:
    • Legally: There’s no law that forces you to have a sleep study to buy a CPAP Machine privately.
    • Medically: However, it’s strongly recommended — because the correct pressure settings and device type (CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP) depend on your diagnosis and severity of sleep apnea.
    • Medical aids: Most medical aids require a sleep study report (polysomnography or home sleep test) before approving payment for a CPAP or its accessories.
    • Clinically: Suppliers and clinicians prefer to have the report to ensure the device is configured safely and effectively, as there are side effects when wrong device/pressure is administered.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in ZAR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required in full before dispatch.
  • Accepted payment methods: EFT, Paystack.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received, whether via medical aid or privately, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–6 working days
  • Delivery is completed within 2–6working days, depending on courier and destination
  • Nationwide delivery within South Africa.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In the case where we have to wait for stock to arrive form our suppliers, we will keep in contact with you.

Defective or Faulty Products:

  • Covered under manufacturer warranty.
  • Notify us within 48 hours with proof of defect.
  • We facilitate repair, replacement, or manufacturer evaluation.

Warranty

  • Devices: manufacturer warranty (typically 2 years).
  • Masks & accessories: limited warranty as per manufacturer.
  • Warranty excludes misuse, water/electrical damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses due to improper use or medical mismanagement.
  • Indirect or consequential damages (data loss, income, sleep outcomes) are excluded.

Privacy

  • Personal data is only used for order processing and customer communication.
  • Payments processed securely via Paystack and Payflex.

Intellectual Property

  • Website content (text, images, logos) is owned by Medi Sleep Solutions (Pty) Ltd and cannot be reproduced without permission.
